Fantastic turnout for the litter pick this afternoon. It kept fine, lots of plastic and other rubbish (so many snack and take away food wrappers/ cigarette packets/ cans/ bottles) collected and, as always, a wonderful selection of cakes to say thank you for your hard work. Thank yous to Manor Farm for hosting and providing transport for the bags, those who baked cakes and everyone for giving their time to help. The verges look GREAT – just cycled along from Stow to Sturton and it looks pristine! We’ll be doing it again in the spring – why not join us?
